1. Cancellation Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Full refund if canceled 7 or more days before the tour date.

  • 50% refund if canceled 3 to 6 days before the tour date.

  • No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled tour.

• Provider-Initiated Cancellations:

  • You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour at no extra cost.

2. Refund Process

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

3. No-Show Policy

• If a traveler fails to show up at the agreed meeting point without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
