Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Monjooo.com, we strive to provide a smooth and flexible booking experience. We understand that travel plans can change, and our policy is designed to be fair to both travelers and our local partners.
1. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Full refund if canceled 7 or more days before the tour date.
50% refund if canceled 3 to 6 days before the tour date.
No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled tour.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour at no extra cost.
2. Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
3. No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to show up at the agreed meeting point without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
